What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, the tour request form, or the popup form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, preferred move-in date, preferred language, and any message. The tour form also sends the tour date and time you request and the property or unit you asked about. The submission also records which page you were on (the full page address) and the language the site was set to.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, Social Security numbers, ITINs, bank details, or immigration documents through this site.

Who receives it

Form submissions are delivered to MyApartmentNashville.com by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that processes the message and emails it to us. Your inquiry is received by MyApartmentNashville.com, not directly by the leasing office. We use it to respond to you, and we may pass it to the leasing office of the property you asked about so that office can follow up on your tour or application.

Analytics and hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs. We use Ahrefs Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool, to count page views, and Cloudflare's own cookie-free analytics beacon may also run. The site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up on your housing search, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by sending a request through the contact form.

Children

This site is for adults looking for housing. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
